Island Business – Big year for Wight Computers

This month you can find us on page 5 of the Island Business magazine (January / February 2018 edition). Below is a copy of the article.

Wight Computers founder Andrew Nordbruch celebrated his company’s fifth year in business in October. He’s seen rapid growth in his business, welcoming IT Engineer Ben Sollis to the team, as well as the company relocating to a much larger office at the Innovation Centre at St Cross Business Park in Newport, allowing for further growth in the future. You can also watch a series of new videos on the Wight Computers website.

“2018 is set to be a big year for us,” Andrew says. “We’re launching GDPR health-checks, helping businesses make sure their IT security and processes are ready. Over the last 12 months our customer base both on and off the Island has grown substantially, welcoming new clients including Island View Holidays and Wight Home Care as well as launching a new EPOS contract service working with Tesco, Sainsburys and Southern Co-op.

“Our videos were produced by fellow Chamber member Tajayi Media. They demonstrate the key services that we offer, including customer testimonials and case studies to show how our bespoke, software solutions made on the Isle of Wight save our customers time and money.

“We would like to say a big thank you to all our new and existing customers, and look forward to continued growth in 2018.”
