To ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security, we stipulate certain minimum hardware requirements that the Customer’s systems must meet for us to provide effective support and software services.

If an item requiring support does not meet our Minimum Standards, it may be supported on a “best-effort” basis at our discretion.

The Supplier’s minimum hardware requirements are assessed and updated twice a year to account for the rapid evolution of technology.

Physical Condition: The device must be in a generally good working condition, free of physical defects that could interfere with system performance or serviceability.
